This role follows a Sunday–Friday rotating schedule with 8-hour shifts. Start times may be as early as 5:00am, with shifts ending as late as 4:00pm. Availability to work select holidays is required.
OVERVIEW
Handle store-related issues and directs store customers to the appropriate individual within the supply chain for resolution.
RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)
- Resolve store customer issues relating to deliveries, delivery times/schedules, pricing, invoices, and credits.
- Direct store customer questions, requests or concerns to the appropriate individuals within the supply chain for resolution.
- Follow up on all store customer related issues to ensure store customer satisfaction.
- Allocation (Force Shipments) / Data Entry
- Act as a liaison between all SDS departments.
- Enter data accurately.
QUALIFICATIONS
(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)
Education
- High School degree / GED required
- Technical / Trade training / Sheetz training preferred
Experience
- 2 years customer service experience required
