We are seeking a hands-on Computer Repair Associate to support the refurbishment of our devices. The ideal candidate will have experience with troubleshooting technical/mechanical issues with gaming PCs, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate, troubleshoot, and repair gaming PCs.
Replace CPUs, GPUs, Motherboards, Power Blocks, and other faulty components.
Inspect, test, and refurbish equipment and materials to ensure they meet company standards.
Follow detailed instructions to disassemble, clean, repair, and reassemble devices.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation efforts.

Qualifications

Strong technical aptitude with a passion for hands-on work and problem-solving.
Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions and maintain focus under pressure.
Previous experience or curiosity in computer building and repair
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Physical capability to lift 50+ lbs and move heavy objects as required.
