Responsibilities

Perform essential groundskeeping tasks: snow removal, mowing, pruning, weeding, mulching, and sweeping.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and responsibly.
Monitor and report unsafe conditions promptly.
Support road and grounds maintenance efforts across the facility.
Maintain compliance with safety standards and MSDS guidelines for materials and equipment.
Attend mandatory training and participate in other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma, GED, or HiSET required.
Experience: At least one year of lawn care and road maintenance experience preferred.
License: Standard driver’s license (Class C or D) required.
Skills: Strong communication abilities, adaptability, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and 100 pounds occasionally.
Perform physically demanding tasks in varying environmental conditions.
Capability to operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
