What You'll Do

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meals, and mobility
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions
• Record resident care and observations accurately
• Promote residents' dignity, comfort, and independence
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Collaborate with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care

Qualifications

• Current Louisiana Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow verbal and written instructions
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
• Strong commitment to providing quality resident care
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
