Types of Work You'll Do
Tasks vary depending on client needs, but common shifts include:
- Cultivation: Planting, weeding, defoliating, and harvesting.
- Post-Harvest: Hand trimming, bucking, and packaging.
- Compliance & Care: Following farm SOPs, maintaining cleanliness, and keeping quality high.
What We're Looking For
- Age: 21+ (NYS OCM requirement).
- Work Auth: Legally eligible to work in the U.S. (valid I-9 docs).
- Reliability: Dependable, punctual, and comfortable with flexible gig work.
- Transport: Reliable transportation to get to various local farm and processing sites.
- Physical Stamina: Able to stand or work on your feet throughout your shift, perform repetitive and strenuous motions, crouch, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Environment: Comfortable working indoors/outdoors around strong scents and varying weather.
