Summary

Lead Offset Press Operator

Responsibilities

PaperWorks Industries is looking for a full-time press operator Lead for our state of the art printing press.  The Press Operator will be responsible for maintaining the press in a safe and sound condition. The press operator will also be responsible for regular maintenance and up keep of the press, roller settings, and maintaining the quality of product being produced off the press. The Press Operator will be responsible for following the plant processes and plant standard operating procedures. The Press Operator is responsible for maintenance as well as coaching and mentoring press crews.

Qualifications

  • Three (3) years of Press Operator experience, including UV press experience
  • Demonstrated ability to make-ready the press
  • Firm understanding of color matching
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
