Sanctuary House is seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Part Time Program Assistant to support our Individual Placement and Support, IPS, Supported Employment team. IPS is an evidence based model that helps individuals with mental health and substance use challenges obtain and maintain competitive employment in the community.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring the team operates efficiently and remains compliant with Medicaid and program requirements. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, comfortable working with data, and committed to supporting individuals on their path to meaningful employment.

Key Responsibilities may include:

  • Organize, coordinate, and monitor administrative operations of the IPS team
  • Maintain accurate client and program records in accordance with agency and Medicaid requirements
  • Enter, track, and monitor team performance and beneficiary outcome data
  • Run reports and assist with data review to support program performance
  • Receive calls and respond to referral sources in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist with organizational record keeping and file management
  • Schedule team activities, meetings, and required trainings
Qualifications

  • High school diploma required, associate or bachelor degree preferred
  • Experience in administrative support, healthcare, behavioral health, or human services preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, electronic health records, and data systems
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment
