Are you looking to start a career in the automotive industry? This is a great opportunity to join our service department in an entry level role with hands-on exposure to several areas of dealership service operations. You'll work closely with our service advisors, technicians, managers, and customers, while learning the ins and outs of the service department. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for this position. This position combines responsibilities being a junior service advisor. You will take on the duties of an assistant to the service team, porter, and a loaner coordinator. This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, customer focused, organized, and eager to learn. This is an entry level role meant to help someone start their career in the automotive industry, and eventually grow into a service advisor role. What You'll Do Greet customers and provide friendly, professional assistance throughout their service visit Assist with moving and parking customer vehicles and maintaining an organized service drive Coordinate loaner vehicles, including check in/out and maintaining accurate records Assist service advisors with customer communication, vehicle check-ins, paperwork, data entry, and other daily tasks Help keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service area Learn dealership service processes, vehicle maintenance, and service advising Perform any other duties to support the service department and service managers What We're Looking For Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional, friendly, and positive attitude Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Dependable and punctual Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment Valid driver's license and clean driving record Willingness to learn and grow within the service department Flow Automotive Companies is committed to being on the cutting edge of the transportation industry and needs like-minded individuals to join our team.
