We reward our employees' hard work with top-notch income, a complete benefits package and a professional, motivating and gratifying work environment.  As an Account Manager, you will:  Answer a high volume of inbound calls while always maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers.  Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries via email, phone, text, and face-to-face.  Manage customer order entries and update customer accounts.  Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.  Have knowledge of our products and services inside and out so that you can quickly answer questions and resolve issues.  Be sales-focus: recommend products or services to current and potential customers.
