• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Guide customers through their service options, helping them make informed and confident decisions about products and services.
• Offer expert advice on finance options and maintenance plans to best suit the customer's needs.
• Achieve and exceed goals by establishing strong customer rapport and securing repeat business through exceptional service.
• Collaborate with our customer service and dispatch teams to enhance business success.
• Maintain an organized, clean work environment and a well-stocked vehicle to ensure efficiency and professionalism.
• Engage in continuous learning through participation in training sessions, morning meetings, and company retreats.
• Mentor and train apprentices, contributing to the skill development and efficiency of our future workforce.

Requirements

• Knowledge of local plumbing codes and ability to make on-the-job applications. 
• Develop proven track record in soldering, pipe threading, fixture installation, gas leak testing and repair. 
• Continued education and training.
• Clean, safe driving record.
