Scheduling Administrator – Greensboro, NC
Coordinate schedules, optimize routes, and keep operations running smoothly in this Scheduler role on our team at Terminix of the Triad. You’ll play a key part in supporting field technicians, improving efficiency, and helping deliver an outstanding customer experience every day.
What You’ll Do
The Scheduling Administrator is responsible for the coordination, planning, and optimization of daily service schedules for field technicians (PMPs). This role ensures operational efficiency, maximizes production, and enhances customer satisfaction by maintaining accurate, ready, and geographically optimized schedules.Â
The Scheduling Administrator serves as the primary owner of all scheduling activities and works collaboratively with Branch Support, Customer Care Center (CCC), and management to maintain high-quality service delivery.Â
What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of administrative/office experience preferred (service industry background a plus).
• Strong communication skills — you’re confident on the phone and in writing.
• Highly organized with excellent time management.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Positive, professional, and customer-focused.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A degree is great, but not required — experience and attitude matter most!
