Seeking a dynamic and experienced Piping Crew Lead / Foreman to oversee and coordinate piping installation projects on construction sites. This role is vital in ensuring that piping work is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. As a leader on-site, you will manage a team of skilled tradespeople, supervise daily operations, and collaborate closely with project managers to meet project timelines and budgets. Your expertise in construction management, blueprint reading, and piping systems will drive successful project outcomes while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols.
  • PAY is D.O.E
  • Per diem $180 a day x 7
  • Mileage $.60 mile in/out every job
  • 60 - 70 hrs. per week
Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead mechanical installation crews on commercial projects.
  • Coordinate daily jobsite activities and workforce assignments.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
  • Ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and according to schedule.
  • Manage materials, equipment, and jobsite resources.
  • Train and mentor crew members.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and customers.
  • Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial mechanical construction experience.
  • Must have five years' experience pipe welding and fitting
  • Must pass weld test.
  • Previous experience leading crews as a foreman or crew lead.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
