We are currently hiring motivated and dependable Order Pullers for a full-time evening shift warehouse opportunity. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have experience with order picking, RF scanners, and warehouse operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Accurately pull and prepare orders for next-day deliveries using an RF scanner
• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Complete pre-shift inspections on warehouse equipment
• Report equipment issues or safety concerns to management immediately
• Verify correct products and quantities for all orders
• Build pallets properly to maintain product integrity and maximize space
• Label and organize orders for accurate identification and shipment
• Maintain separation of multiple orders during picking process
• Meet productivity standards, including an 80-piece-per-hour pick rate
• Keep warehouse pick locations clean, organized, and stocked
• Perform general warehouse cleaning and housekeeping duties
• Minimize picking errors and maintain quality standards

Qualifications

• Warehouse or order picking experience preferred
• Reach Truck Experience
• Ability to operate or learn material handling equipment
• Experience using RF scanners is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift, move, and stack products safely
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
