Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities and equipment. This position requires a combination of technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:

• Inspecting and repairing machinery and equipment
• Conducting preventive maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure longevity of equipment
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues to identify root causes
• Performing repairs on electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment manuals.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during maintenance activities.
• Assist with facility improvement projects as needed.
• Collaborate with other team members to address maintenance issues and achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or trade school degree preferred.
• Proven experience in maintenance or related field.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Availability to work flexible hours.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record may be required.
