Assistant Facilities Director

Primary Location: Latrobe, PA

Full Time: including responses to emergencies on nights, weekends, & holidays

We are looking for a hands-on leader to help manage building maintenance and operations across agency-owned & leased residency halls, schools, and offices in several Western PA Counties.

What Makes for a Great Candidate

3-5+ years experience in maintenance & a desire for career advancement
Minimum: High School Diploma, Preferred: Trade School and/or Training
Meet general agency requirements (21 years old+, ability to pass clearances/physical, valid driver’s license)
Readiness & ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, climbing, kneeling, working in various temperatures)
Experience in Excel data reports and Physical Plant report writing
