Responsibilities: Provide support and training; hygiene skills, activities of daily living, socialization, and exercise Engage clients in creative activities Participate in community outings and events Follow and implement support plans Transport with company vehicle as program needs dictate Professional effective communication with individuals, co-workers, and supports Record keeping and other documentation as required Come join a team that is making a difference in our local communities! The equivalent combination of experience and training working with Individuals who have Developmental Disabilities. High school diploma or equivalent. Criminal, Child Abuse and FBI clearances, pre-employment physical, and a valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License.
