Electronic Health Record Business Analyst - Latrobe, PA

Salary: $55,000 to $60,000/yearly

Adelphoi, USA, headquartered in Latrobe, PA, is looking for a business analyst to join our team to advance our use of our Netsmart health records application.

What role would you play?

Be a team member in an agile environment to analyze processes, collaborate on configurations, and ensure user requirements are addressed and tested to maintain and enhance the application.
Document configurations and adaptations to ensure an auditable integrity of customizations or unique user requests with the ability to create reports or extract information necessary to use the application.
Develop an in house expertise on processes and clinical approaches used by our agency and ensure that knowledge transfers to users so we can maximize the value of the application. Ensure alignment occurs between system capability and user needs.

One of the largest non-profit agencies in Pennsylvania that assist troubled youth and families with behavioral counseling in residential, community, and educational settings.
800 committed people with 350 residential beds, 550 students, and over 1,000 monthly community-based support visits including foster care and adoption support.

What Qualifications Are We Looking For?

Four-year degree in a discipline that would indicate the ability to work with software OR.
5+ years of electronic health records related experience as an analyst or power user.
