What You’ll Do as an HVACR Technician:

Maintain and repair HVAC, refrigeration, water, and utility systems
Perform preventative maintenance and general building repairs
Assist with plumbing, electrical, painting, and equipment repairs
Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in proper condition
Support seasonal maintenance (including snow and ice removal)
Respond to on-call emergencies
Conduct routine inspections to ensure safety and compliance

What We’re Looking For in an HVACR Technician:

HVACR experience required (5-10 years preferred)
General mechanical, plumbing, or construction skills a plus
Valid driver’s license required
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Strong work ethic with a team-focused, service-oriented attitude
