We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and welding metal components according to technical drawings and specifications.
**Duties:**
- Fabricate and weld metal components using various tools and equipment
- Read and interpret technical drawings to determine project requirements
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure adherence to specifications
- Operate machinery such as forklifts, cranes, power tools, plasma cutters, micrometers, calipers, and other equipment as needed
- Conduct basic mathematical calculations for measurements and material requirements
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in welding and fabrication
- Proficiency in all welding methods
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment operation and maintenance
- Familiarity with a variety of tools including calipers, micrometers, and power tools
- Ability to operate forklifts and cranes safely
