Job description:


We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto body repair and vehicle maintenance, with the ability to work on various makes and models. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. This position is flat-rate pay, based on experience.


Responsibilities

  • Perform auto body repairs, including frame straightening, panel replacement, and welding.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with management regarding repair processes and timelines.

Skills

  • Proven experience in auto body repair and vehicle maintenance.
  • I-CAR certifications preferred
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during repairs.
  • Experience working in a dealership or shop environment is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
