Throughout the dining experience, hostesses monitor guest needs, address concerns promptly, and ensure satisfaction. They may also assist with special events, large groups, or promotions. Front-of-House Maintenance: Hostesses keep the entrance, host stand, and dining areas clean and organized. They may perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning menus, glasses, and ensuring restrooms are stocked and orderly.
