Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as an Account Executive for our Greenville, SC based out of our Greenville office. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support and administrative level, coordinating complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.

We will count on you to:

  • Evaluate client risks by reviewing loss experience, cash flow, and financials, developing tailored solutions, and articulating the impact of options across product lines.

  • Retain existing business and collaborate with Account Management colleagues to generate new business opportunities.

  • Implement growth and retention strategies while working to meet sales goals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, and producers to deliver best-in-class service and drive business growth.

  • Serve as a primary client contact, responding to complex client needs and questions to enhance the overall client experience.

What you need to have:

  • Substantial experience in risk evaluation and management, with a strong understanding of financial analysis and loss experience.

  • Proven ability to develop and recommend effective risk solutions across multiple product lines.

  • Strong client relationship management skills with experience collaborating across teams.

  • Knowledge of market conditions and compliance, professional, and transparency standards.

  • Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate risk impacts and solutions.
