Bartender

Greenville Country Club, one of the most distinguished private clubs in the Southeast, is seeking a Server/Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who take pride in elevated service and want the opportunity to build lasting connections with members in a refined, service-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver seamless, polished service to members and guests in our fine dining outlets and at private events.
• Provide expert menu and beverage knowledge, including wine and cocktail pairings.
• Anticipate needs, manage timing, and execute service with precision and poise.
• Support team efficiency by collaborating with fellow servers, bartenders, and culinary staff.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and food safety throughout service.
• Assist with developing and suggesting new cocktail recipes and seasonal specials to keep the beverage menu fresh and engaging for members
• Keep the bar well-stocked, organized, and prepared for service anticipating needs to prevent shortages and improve efficiency during high-traffic periods
• Follow recipe guidelines so service is efficient and product is consistent

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1–2 years fine dining or upscale hospitality service experience required; private club experience a plus.
• Strong wine and beverage knowledge with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional presence.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with exceptional attention to detail.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
