Truck Driver Nation is seeking experienced Class A drivers interested in intermodal and container-freight opportunities available through participating motor carriers.

Intermodal operations are different from traditional long-haul dry van work. Depending on the account, drivers may move containers between rail facilities, terminals, customer locations, and regional distribution points.

DRIVER DUTIES

• Pick up and deliver assigned containers

• Inspect tractor, chassis, and applicable equipment

• Verify container and shipment information

• Maintain accurate ELD records

• Follow terminal and customer procedures

• Communicate equipment or scheduling issues

• Maintain safe operation throughout assigned routes

WHO SHOULD APPLY

Drivers should have:

• Valid CDL-A

• Current DOT medical certification

• Verifiable tractor-trailer experience

• Acceptable MVR and safety history

• Strong attention to equipment condition

• Reliable communication and work history

• Ability to meet carrier-specific hiring requirements

Intermodal experience may be preferred for certain openings but requirements depend on the participating carrier.
