Anderson University and the School of Physical Therapy invites applications for a full-time, exempt, 12-month Office and Administrative Coordinator for the School of Physical Therapy. This position is located in the University Center in Greenville, South Carolina. Reporting directly to the Director of Clinical Education, the Office and Administrative Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative support for activities that directly enhance student development within the Doctor of Physical Therapy program. This position plays a key role in supporting the admissions process, clinical education program, and senior mentoring initiatives while ensuring the efficient operation of the School of Physical Therapy. Primary responsibilities include managing student compliance documentation and clinical education records through the Exxat software system; maintaining clinical instructor credentials and clinical affiliation agreements; coordinating accreditation and clinical education reports; assisting with interview days and admissions events for prospective students; organizing meetings, orientations, workshops, and other program activities; and providing administrative support for faculty, staff, and departmental operations. The Office and Administrative Coordinator also collaborate closely with the Director of Clinical Education, faculty, staff, clinical partners, and the admissions committee while serving as a resource for students throughout their clinical education experience.

Knowledge equivalent to that gained through an associate's or bachelor's degree (preferred) along with previous administrative, client support, or office management experience. Experience coordinating events and proficiency with Microsoft Office are highly desired, while experience with Exxat or other database management systems is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate exceptional organizational, communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced academic environment.
