Primary Responsibilities
路 聽 聽 聽 聽Provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction
路 聽 聽 聽 聽Listen to customer concerns and handle complaints in a professional and timely manner
路 聽 聽 聽 聽Review and update customer accounts and transactions while resolving issues
聽
Requirements
路 聽 聽 聽 聽High school diploma, GED or suitable equivalent
路 聽 聽 聽 聽1+ years of customer service experience
路 聽 聽 聽 聽Excellent phone etiquette
路 聽 聽 聽 聽Proficient computer skills, including the ability to type at least 40 WPM
路 聽 聽 聽 聽Reliable, self-starter with a positive and collaborative attitude
路 聽 聽 聽 聽Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
路 聽 聽 聽 聽Proven organizational skills
路 聽 聽 聽 聽Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods
路 聽 聽 聽 聽Hours may vary to cover different time zones and the ability to work weekends, holidays, evenings, a rotating schedule聽
