What You Will Do
- Execute menu items to exact specifications.
- Manage station prep and setup efficiently.
- Maintain pristine sanitation and safety standards.
- Cook high-quality cuisine under peak volume.
- Collaborate with chefs on daily features.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in upscale dining.
- Advanced knife skills and cooking techniques.
- Private club background is highly preferred.
- Valid food handler card or ServSafe certification.
- Flexible schedule availability includes weekends and holidays.
