Day in the Life of a Nurse Practitioner
Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic settings
Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment
Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards
Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care to patients, including referrals to other medical providers and community services
Will perform injections.

Primary center: Greenville/Seneca
Target weekly hours: 33.5
Sample schedule: Seneca in person:Â Tues 5am-12pm / Thurs 5am-11:30am; Greenville in person:Â Mon 5am-11:30am, Wed 5am-12pm and 5am-12pm; Friday 5am-11:30am Tele to support all 7 SC centers and 3 GA centers (NO WEEKENDS)
Education and Licensure Requirements
Certified as a Nurse Practitioner in the state you are applying to work in
DEA licensure in the state of the center
Additional education or certification may be required depending on state of practice
