Job Description:

L3Harris is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented intern to join our finance team in the Pricing capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for pricing various efforts for both Government and Commercial customers. This role encompasses all aspects of pricing, including pricing proposal inputs utilizing pricing software, creating of both cost and price volumes, supporting internal reviews, ensuring compliance to both company policies and Government requirements, and participating in customer proposal audits. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting both internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Functions:

• The Proposal Analyst is responsible for responding to all assigned requests for proposal (RFP)
• Reviews and analyzes RFP to develop compliant proposals, pricing data, and supports both internal and external reviews
• Capacity to perform well in a fast-paced environment, while managing multiple priorities, and meeting deadlines
• Ensures the use of current published pricing rates, estimating factors, and cost buildup algorithms
• Ability to work collaboratively with peers, management, proposal teams and customer
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy and support maintaining a DFARS adequate estimating system
• Ensure final submissions are compliant with respect to company policies, customer requests, and U. S. Government regulations when applicable

Qualifications:

• To be elligible, candidate must be pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Mathematics or related field 

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Adobe Pro, Nitro PDF Pro, and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Experience with Excel using Pivot Tables, V-Lookups and SUM/IF formulas\
