Driver/In-Shop Team Member – overnight shifts, great pay, fun team!

At Jimmy John’s, our Driver/In-Shop Team Members do it all. On the road, you’ll deliver sandwiches fast, fresh, and friendly—mastering efficient routes, double-checking orders, and keeping it safe and legal. Drivers take home cash daily and have the opportunity to earn up to $20 per hour, which includes their hourly wage, tips, and mileage reimbursement to help cover the wear and tear on their vehicle.

In the shop, you’ll help make sandwiches, greet customers with a smile, keep things clean, and bring great energy to the team.

This is the perfect role if you like variety, staying busy, and being part of a fun, fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

• This is an overnight closing position, with shifts typically running 10:00 PM – 4:00 AM. Team members in this role help with late-night deliveries and assist with closing tasks to get the shop ready for the next day.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver late night orders quickly, safely, and with awesome customer service
• Prepare and serve high-quality sandwiches with speed and accuracy
• Greet customers and keep the shop clean and organized
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety standards
• Assist with closing procedures at the end of the shift

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old for driving
• Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and clean driving record
• Commitment to safe driving and excellent customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow procedures
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
