PM Line Cook

3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. (must be able to work this shift)
Position Summary:
The PM Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to established recipes, quality standards, and food safety guidelines. This role supports dinner service and late-evening operations, working closely with the culinary team to deliver consistent, high-quality food in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items following recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned kitchen stations
Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are followed at all times
Properly store food items and rotate inventory using FIFO standards
Communicate effectively with chefs and kitchen team members
Assist with prep work, plating, and breakdown of kitchen stations
Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
Must be able to work the PM shift (3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.)
ServSafe Certified or Food Handler Certified (required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire)
Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
