Job description



Maintenance Technician - Injection Molding - Clarion Technologies, Inc. is growing and adding to our team of skilled maintenance technicians. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment with a great group of co-workers, explore Clarion. Our presses range in size from 90T to 2500T. Our Maintenance Technicians are responsible for troubleshooting, repair and PM's on all machinery and auxiliary equipment. We have a very strong preventive maintenance program.

We would love to hear from you if you have at least 3 years of maintenance experience in an injection molding facility.

Essential Functions:

  • Maintain fluid levels in hydraulic reservoirs
  • Maintain equipment filters and change as necessary or per PM schedule
  • Grease equipment as required or defined in associated instructions
  • Repair various mechanical issues including, but not limited to, hydraulic, air, or water leaks in a timely manner
  • Maintain PM of safety devices on equipment


Additional Responsibilities:

  • Apply knowledge of lockout procedure prior to performing work on equipment
  • Perform emergency repairs and preventative maintenance as scheduled
  • Participate, as needed, in internal problem solving/improvement activities
  • Input, read, and complete work orders
  • Maintain forklift maintenance check list
  • Other duties as assigned by supervision
