CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Guide a crew of 5–10 production employees
• Set daily assignments and expectations
• Keep the team on pace to meet throughput and on-time targets
• Train new hires and support employee development
• Step in hands-on with products whenever needed

THE QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 years of experience as a lead in a manufacturing environment
