Job DetailsLevel: ManagementJob Location: Greenville - Greenville, SC 29607 Rite Rug has been one of the top privately owned flooring companies for over 90 years!  We are looking for a organized and detail oriented Office Manager to join our team!    Position Summary: Responsible for the daily operations of the office environment along with daily function of order entry.  Essential Functions: Supervises the activities of the office personnel. Evaluating and managing staff performance, recruiting and selecting office staff. Coordinating office staff activities and allocating resources to ensure maximal efficiency and to enable task execution. Providing training, organizing on-going training for office staff. Designing and implementing office procedures and policies. Executing policy and procedural changes to develop and improve operational efficiency. Maintaining a safe working environment, coaching, disciplining staff and managing internal staff relations. Responds to complaints or questions to ensure customer satisfaction. Process labor pay and invoicing for location. Monitoring budget and invoicing for location. Process reports each month to ensure orders are being invoiced, mill claims are being processed, and budget is made. Entry of new selections and ordering material for new installations. Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information. Process billing and ensure billing accuracy. Maintain files. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Have earned a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent. Have at least one to three years of experience in an office environment. Experience in the Flooring Industry is preferred. Display thorough knowledge of office, practices and procedures. Possess and have demonstrated proficient computer experience in Microsoft Office. Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required. Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills. Exhibit proven ability to effectively lead and manage employees. Be able to work independently and problem solve. Qualifications
