Job DetailsJob Location: Greenville Showroom - Greenville, SC 29607Project Coordinator Location: Greenville, SC Alfred Williams & Company is seeking an organized, customer-focused Project Coordinator to support our Greenville operations team. This role coordinates the information, schedules, resources and documentation required to keep furniture deliveries, installations and relocations moving smoothly from request through completion. The Project Coordinator works closely with clients, project managers, field teams, subcontractors and warehouse personnel to create a dependable and professional client experience. Key Responsibilities Receive and organize requests for furniture deliveries, installations, relocations and related field activity. Communicate with clients and internal teams to confirm project scope, timing, site conditions, access requirements and other project needs. Confirm project readiness by validating product availability, receipt status, documentation and applicable cost allocation before work is scheduled. Develop efficient schedules and coordinate labor, subcontractors, vehicles, equipment and other resources required for each assignment. Communicate schedule changes promptly and help resolve conflicts that could affect client commitments or project timelines. Prepare delivery tickets, work orders, site information, daily field packets and other documentation required for successful field execution. Support weekly scheduling meetings by maintaining visibility into upcoming installations, resource needs, open issues and schedule risks. Assist with labor estimates, subcontractor pricing, quotes and other project-related information as needed. Partner with field teams and project managers to resolve installation punch-list items, coordinate return visits and support project closeout. Track assignments through completion and maintain accurate documentation to support timely invoicing. Provide responsive, professional communication and dependable follow-through throughout the client experience. Cross-Training & Operational Support Learn and effectively use Alfred Williams & Company systems, including Khameleon, SmartSITE and other business tools used for scheduling, receiving and inventory support. Develop working knowledge of MillerKnoll and other key manufacturer products, installation requirements and handling procedures. Provide backup support for installation scheduling during planned absences or periods of high demand. Assist with product receiving, vendor packing-list verification, documentation management and customer-owned inventory activities as needed. Support warehouse organization, inventory accuracy and year-end inventory activities when required.   QualificationsSkills & Experience Strong organizational, scheduling and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Professional written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset. Experience coordinating projects and working across sales, operations, field teams, vendors or subcontractors. Ability to prepare quotes, manage documentation and follow work from request through completion. Resourceful problem-solving skills, sound judgment and strong attention to detail. Comfort learning new technology and using office, communication and business-management software. Commercial relocation, contract furniture, logistics, installation or related operational experience preferred. Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
