Job Summary for this role:

Performs various maintenance duties and handles service requests requiring general technical labor skills while traveling to different locations

General Accountabilities:

Routinely performs general building/contracting functions under direct supervision.
Understanding and performance of various trades including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, general interior and exterior building work.
Performs routine maintenance for buildings.
Orders parts, supplies, or equipment to fix routine commercial and industrial buildings
Plans and lays out repair work, using diagrams, drawings, blueprints, maintenance manuals, or schematic diagrams.
Performs general cleaning duties of buildings or properties as needed.
Records type and cost of maintenance or repair work.

Requirements

Job Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: 1-2 years of related experience in building, operations, or maintenance performance/upkeep
General abilities in maintenance work across disciplines
Must be proficient with basic computer skills to generate email and text messages
Active Driver's License with clean driving record

Physical Requirements

Site Environment - site work will require ability to navigate uneven project site terrain, ability to climb ladders/scaffolding, walk up and down stairs, ability to lift 50 lbs
Read reduced size black and white spec sheets, reports, schedules on computer screens or hard print
