Job Description
Responsibilities:
Oversee a team that does:
Customer service
Manage delinquencies
Do outreach and tours
Managing open houses
Handling complaints and maintenance
Make sure the property is clean
Section 8 inspections
Qualifications:
2+ years of property management experience
Good communication skills
Responsible
Proactive
