Position Summary

The primary role of the psychology department at ECU Health Medical Center is to serve the psychological needs of the inpatients of the hospital as well as the outpatient needs of the greater community.  Typically, Psychosocial Clinicians are assigned to units throughout the hospital and Brody School of Medicine and respond to requests for consults from those units.  Psychosocial Clinicians are expected to support team members by providing back-up and overflow coverage when possible.  Psychosocial Clinicians are expected to abide by the Ethical Code of their professional association at all times.

Minimum Requirements

Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from a regionally accepted university required- or higher.

Current valid license or license eligible to practice psychology, social work, or marriage and family therapy from appropriate state licensing board in North Carolina required.

Pay Range

$53913.60 - $78581.36
