Key Responsibilities

• Host scheduled virtual consultations with clients across the United States via Zoom

• Guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and clarity

• Maintain accurate and compliant digital records within company systems

• Participate in weekly team meetings, skill-building sessions, and coaching opportunities

• Collaborate with team members to share strategies and achieve performance goals
