We’re seeking a driven Sales Account Manager to build strong relationships with apartment communities and property management companies. If you thrive in sales, enjoy networking, and want to make an impact in the multifamily housing market, this role is for you.
Job Responsibilities:
•   Develop and maintain relationships with property managers and apartment communitiesÂ
•   Provide accurate measurements and timely bids using company toolsÂ
•   Deliver exceptional customer service through consistent communication and follow-throughÂ
•   Represent our brand at industry events and networking opportunitiesÂ
•   Manage contracts, orders, and account collections with precisionÂ
•   Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:Â
- Strong communication and relationship-building skillsÂ
- Measure Square a plus
- Organized and detail-oriented with a drive to succeedÂ
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Â
- Reliable transportationÂ
- 1 year minimum outside sales experience
