About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you’ll combine customer service with leadership responsibilities while working in a fun, beauty-focused retail environment.

As a Keyholder, you’ll lead by example on the sales floor, support daily store operations, and help customers find the perfect products while ensuring a fun, positive shopping experience in our beauty-focused store.

What You’ll Do

• Beauty-Focused Customer Experience
• Provide personalized makeup and accessory recommendations
• Share product knowledge, beauty tips, and styling ideas
• Stay current on beauty trends, new arrivals, and bestsellers
• Restock merchandise and ensure shelves are organized and fully stocked
• Create a welcoming and engaging shopping experience
• Process cash, credit, and mobile payments accurately

Store Leadership & Operations (Keyholders)

• Open and/or close the store independently
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash responsibly
• Maintain organized, fully stocked beauty displays
• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand standards

What We’re Looking For

• Strong interest in makeup trends, beauty products, and fashion accessories
• Comfortable discussing products and making recommendations
• Outgoing, confident personality
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• (Keyholders) At least 1 year of keyholder/supervisor experience 
• 17 years of age or older
• Reliable transportation
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 15–30 lbs
