60% of daily tasks are Test Administrator responsibilities:āÆĀ
- Arrive on time for all scheduled shifts.
- Performs on-time site opening and closing procedures.āÆĀ
- Understands all testing procedures.āÆĀ
- Checks in examinees, verifies identification, and explains the exam process.āÆāÆĀ
- Monitors examinees while testing.āÆĀ
- Maintains a secure testing environment.āÆĀ
- Communicates with internal technical support to investigate and fix technical issues.āÆĀ
- Strictly adheres to company policies using careful judgment.āÆĀ
- Responsible for maintaining a professional and clean testing center with lightĀ housekeeping duties.āÆĀ

- The Test Center Manager is the onsite manager of a small team of Test Administrator employees.āÆāÆĀ
- Site staffing/hiring/retention/conflict resolution/scheduling.āÆāÆāÆĀ
- Trains, develops, and coaches staff.āÆāÆāÆĀ
- First contact for facility issues.āÆĀ

- Must be able to see small details at a distance.āÆĀ
- Ability to see names clearly onĀ IDĀ cardsāÆand the computer screen.Ā

QualificationsĀ
- Minimum of one year customer service experience preferred.āÆĀ
- One year supervision experience in customer service preferred.āÆĀ
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.Ā
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent businessāÆexperience preferred.āÆĀ
- Team leading and training skills, and exposure to a testing environment are stronglyāÆpreferred.āÆĀ
- Strong communication and customer service skills are a must, delivered with focusedāÆattentiveness and moderate interaction.Ā
- Must be flexible in work hours and days.āÆĀ
- Ability to complete all tasks in a timely and efficient manner and handle a reasonableāÆamount of stress.āÆāÆāÆĀ
- Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Windows applications, Internet, andāÆemail.āÆāÆĀ
- Ability to operate a computer and telephone.āÆĀ
- Must be able to work in a quiet, focused environmentā and hear words spoken in softāÆvoices.āÆĀ
- Ability toĀ lift upĀ to 20Ā lbsĀ on occasion.āÆ
- Must have the ability to stand for extended periodsāÆof time while escorting candidates back and forth, up to 50-100 times per scheduled shift,āÆto and from the testing room.Ā
- Must have the ability to sit for long periods of time.Ā
- Must beāÆable to bend, stoop, and lift from a stooped position.āÆĀ
- Ability to multi-task.Ā
