This role is ideal for someone with experience in restoration, construction, demolition, maintenance, general labor, facilities work, or hands-on field service. Direct water mitigation experience is a strong advantage, but we are willing to train the right person.Â

What you’ll doÂ
Respond to water damage, mold, fire, and storm-related restoration jobsÂ
Extract water and remove damaged materials when neededÂ
Set up drying equipment, containment, and jobsite protectionÂ
Take moisture readings and monitor drying progress
Assist with demolition, cleanup, packing, moving contents, and jobsite preparation Document work with photos, notes, readings, and daily updatesÂ
Communicate professionally with customers, supervisors, and teammates Keep trucks, tools, equipment, and jobsites clean and organizedÂ
Follow safety procedures and company standardsÂ
Participate in the emergency on-call rotation after trainingÂ

Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and ability to meet company vehicle insurance requirements, including being at least 21 years of ageÂ
Ability to successfully complete applicable pre-employment requirements, including background check and motor vehicle record review, in accordance with company standards and applicable lawÂ
Able to lift, carry, bend, kneel, climb, and work in residential and commercial properties Available for some evenings, weekends, and emergency response workÂ
Restoration, construction, demolition, maintenance, janitorial, moving, warehouse, or field service experience preferredÂ
Preferred but not requiredÂ
Water mitigation or restoration experienceÂ
IICRC WRT certificationÂ
Experience with moisture meters, dehumidifiers, air movers, containment, demolition, or drying equipmentÂ
Experience using DASH, DryTrack, Xactimate, or similar restoration software Desire to grow into a Lead Technician roleÂ
