This is a full-time position working first shift for 8 hours daily and 40 hours weekly. Provides administrative and patient coordination support for the Medical Imaging & Radiology Department. Supports efficient workflows, accurate documentation, timely diagnostic interpretation, and positive patient experience while maintaining compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
•   High School Diploma/GED required, Associate degree in related field preferred
•   Experience working with electronic health records required
•   Minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare office, hospital, medical imaging department, or physician practice preferred
•   Medical terminology knowledge preferredÂ
•   Experience with radiology scheduling, PACS, or imaging workflows preferredÂ
•   Proficient computer skills and Microsoft Office skillsÂ
•   Must be able to lift 20 pounds
Responsibilities
•   Coordinate patient preparation, reminders, scheduling needs, and general questions.
•   Review imaging orders and obtain missing or corrected information from physician offices.
•   Retrieve, transfer, and manage outside imaging studies and reports using PACS.
•   Coordinate communication among patients, providers, radiologists, technologists, and hospital departments.
•   Support mammography reminders, tracking, outside image retrieval, and MQSA documentation.
•   Provide administrative support, including phones, correspondence, scheduling, records, and purchasing.
•   Support quality, regulatory, accreditation, and process improvement initiatives.
•   Demonstrate strong communication, organization, attention to detail, customer service, confidentiality, and teamwork.Â
•   All other duties as assigned.
