About the Role:

The Branch Manager will oversee all aspects of branch performance, including warehouse operations, customer service, administration, sales, safety, budgeting, and team development. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is customer-focused, operationally strong, and motivated to build a successful branch team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Branch Operations: Oversee warehouse operations, customer service, administration, and sales to ensure efficient daily performance.
• Drive Sales & Profitability: Monitor sales performance, gross profit, and key business metrics to support branch growth.
• Maintain Safety Standards: Ensure safety protocols are followed for the building, equipment, staff, customers, and day-to-day operations.
• Manage Budgets: Manage the branch budget and allocate funds appropriately to meet operational and business needs.
• Develop the Team: Train, coach, motivate, and develop branch personnel to bring out their best performance.
• Improve Performance: Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions that address challenges and support growth opportunities.
• Collaborate Across the Business: Share effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities, and branch needs with other branches and corporate teams.
• Support Customers & Employees: Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly, professionally, and with a solutions-focused approach.

• Requirements:

  • Proven branch management experience
  • Required experience in both HVAC and plumbing
  • Strong knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices
  • Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
  • Familiarity with industry products, branch operations, and customer service expectations
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Results-driven, customer-focused, and comfortable leading in a fast-paced environment
