As a Production Associate, you'll have the opportunity to work in different areas of our facility based on your skills, experience, and interests, including:

Router Operations (CNC)
Shipping & Packaging
Letter Fabrication
Metal Fabrication

Responsibilities

Produce high-quality products while meeting production goals
Safely operate equipment and tools after training
Assist with fabrication, assembly, finishing, or shipping as assigned
Read work orders and follow production specifications
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Inspect finished products for quality
Work collaboratively with team members to meet customer deadlines

Qualifications

Manufacturing, fabrication, warehouse, or production experience is a plus, but not required
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills
Strong attention to detail and quality
Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
