Requirements & Duties for Service Tech:
- Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as an HVAC service technician.
- Background Check: Successful completion of a background check.
- Skills: Proficient in the service repair of HVAC equipment with excellent communication skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work well with others and independently.
- Organization: Well-organized with the ability to maintain equipment, parts, and tools for maximum efficiency.
- Documentation: Capable of completing required paperwork and assigned tasks effectively and efficiently.
Compensation:
- Starting pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- Commission: Additional commission opportunities after 90 days.
