Position Summary
This role is responsible for shipping and maintaining accurate inventory counts for all equipment. Â This position will report to the Warehouse Manager and requires cross-training in all aspects of warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
•   Print, pick, and ship all outbound orders accurately and efficiently
•   Maintain a clean, organized workspace, including proper storage of all warehouse inventory
•   Assist with maintaining accurate inventory counts and ensure records are consistently up to date
•  Operate with a high-level of motivation, initiative, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
•   Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams across the organizationÂ
•  Build strong working relationships with business leaders and team members to support successful service delivery
•  Adhere to all Health & Safety policies and ensure all tasks are performed safely
•   Collaborate with colleagues across departments to promote teamwork and meet customer requirements.

Education and/or Requirements
•   High School Degree or GED
•   2 years of experience in a warehouse environment (preferred not required)
•   Strong organizational skills
•   Ability to operate forklift equipmentÂ
•   Has the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
•   Knowledge of personal computers and data entry required and must be comfortable with multiple operating systems and software applications.
•   Flexibility in adapting to changes in tasks prioritization.
•   Demonstrated strong analytical communication (written & verbal) at all levels.
•   Must be self-motivated and able to prioritize own workload.
•   Must be detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
•   Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills.
•   Ability to build solid relationships with professionals at all levels within an organization.
