Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance services: oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and filter replacements
  • Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections to detect issues and ensure safety
  • Identify and replace worn or faulty components (e.g., brake pads, hoses, belts)
  • Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems
  • Document services performed and inspection results accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all dealership safety protocols and service procedures
  • Communicate clearly with service advisors and fellow technicians

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Technical school certification or ASE preferred
  • Previous experience as an automotive or lube technician is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostic tools
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude
