Key Responsibilities
- Deliver analytics dashboards and insights to stakeholders.
- Build prototypes of predictive and forecasting models for business use cases.
- Partner with product managers and business leaders to define priorities.
- Translate complex analytics into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Establish standards for model development, validation, and monitoring.
- Mentor junior data scientists and analysts.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years in data science or advanced analytics roles.
- Strong skills in SQL, visualization, and a general-purpose programming language (Python, R, etc.).
- Experience developing and deploying predictive models into production.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills for non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with MLOps and model lifecycle management is a plus.
